Most computer problems fall into two categories:

• physical
• software

Physical problems most of the time will take few hours to a few days to repair the plans if the parts are easily available

Software problems can be further split in three additional categories such as:

Fatal problems with an operating system: we'll take few hours to fix
Application errors under a working operating system: we'll take under an hour to fix
Hardware conflicts, it will take a few hours to fix
